Walking is a gentle, low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health. Walking is a form of exercise accessible to just about everybody. It’s safe, simple and doesn’t require practice and the health benefits are many.
We tried this om Sunday,11th November at Marina Beach, from Gandhi statue at 6.30 am and walk for one hour to Labour statue. 25 Rtns,Anns & Annettes were there. Rtn.Subash arranged a grand Buffet breakfast at Hotel President. I would say the net result will be addition of more calories because of good ambiance and sumptuous food.
